Kloop

Kloop is a Kyrgyz investigative outlet founded in Bishkek in 2007, known for anti-corruption journalism and election monitoring. A Bishkek court ordered its foundation liquidated in 2024 and its website is blocked inside Kyrgyzstan, but the outlet continues publishing with much of its leadership in exile, and its staff have faced raids and detentions.
